RAMFAN TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR AFi Series Models:AFi50XX、AFi75XX
1、INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE
1.1、Before STARTING the FIRST Time
Do NOT start operation if there are signs of shipping damage to blade, guards, or housing. STOR call your dealer.
Air units come complete with air filter, air control valve, grounding clamp, and automatic motor lubricator. Motor must be lubricated to perform properly. Moisture trap and filter must be installed in the air line ahead of motor. Read Motor Manual for instructions.
1.2、Operation
STOP the blower if mechanical noise, vibration, or other abnormal condition occurs. Any noise other than turbine-type pitch is not normal.
Do NOT move blower while in operation. Use good lifting practices.
When using the blower, note the directional airflow indicator on the external housing.
Do NOT stack blowers without securing handles of stacked units to each other using velcro cord strap.
Units with conductive housing may require statically conductive duct; if used, the static clip must be connected to grounding post on the adapter.
1.3、Maintenance
Clean with commercially available biodegradable cleaning solutions. Do NOT use solvents containing chlorinated hydrocarbons (i.e., MEK, Acetone)
There are no user serviceable parts. Contact factory for replacement part applicability.
1.4、CAUTIONS
Blower should be operated and repaired by trained personnel only.
Immediately stop the unit upon hearing excessive mechanical noise or vibration.
Keep fingers and hands clear of fan blade. Keep fan guard securely in place. Do NOT operate with damaged or missing fan guards.
2、WARRANTY
2.1、Positive Pressure Ventilators:
Turboventilators, excluding engine and wear items, are warranted for one year from date of original purchase, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Gasoline and electric motors are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Wear items include feet, fasteners, handles, wheels, and paint, and are not covered under the warranty. Fan impellers and shrouds are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for five years. Components exposed to salt water service are warranted for a period of one year from date of original purchase. *
2.2、Portable Blowers:
Portable Blowers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Duct is not warranted due to its intended use. *
*Authorization for warranty repairs must be obtained from the factory. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
3、GARATIE
3.1、GEBLASE:
Turboventilatoren sind mit Ausnahme der Motor- und Abnutzungsteile fur ein Jahre ab Kaufdatum gegen Fehler in Material und Verarbeitung garantiert. Auf Otto- und Elektromotoren wird eine Garantie vom entsprechenden Hersteller gewahrt.
Zu den Abnutzungsteilen gehoren Stander, Schrauben, Tragegriffe, Rader und Anstrich. Sie sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Schaufelrader und Gehause sind fur funf Jahre gegen Fehler in Material und Verarbeitung garantiert. Bauelemente, die in Salzwasser betrieben werden, werden fur ein Jahr ab Kaufdatum garantiert. *
3.2、Tragbare Ventilatoren:
Tragbare Ventilatoren sind fur ein Jahr ab Kaufdatum gegen Fehler in Material und Verarbeitung garantiert. Auf den Mantel wird aufgrund seines Verwendungszwecks keine Garantie gewahrt. *
*Die Genehmigung fiir Reparaturen im Rahmen der Garantie muB vom Werk erteilt werden. Es werden keine anderen Garantien, weder impliziert noch ausdriicklich, gewahrt.
4、GARANTIE
4.1、Ventilateurs a pression positive :

Les moteurs a essence et les moteurs electriques sont garantis par leurs fabricants respectifs. Les pieces soumises a Kusure sont : les pieds, les elements de fixation, les poignees, les roues et la peinture. Ces pieces ne sont pas couvertes par la garantie. Les roues motrices et carters des ventilateurs sont garantis contre tout vice de matiere et de fabrication, pour une periode de cinq ans. Les composants exposes a Keau salee sont garantis un an a compte de la date d'achat original. *
4.2、Ventilateurs portables :
les ventilateurs portables sont garantis contre tout vice de matiere et de fabrication, pour une periode d'un an a compte de la date d'achat originale. Le conduit n'est pas garanti a cause de Kusage prevu de cet element. *
*Les autorisations de reparation sous garantie doivent etre obtenues aupres du fabricant. II n'existe aucune autre garantie explicite ou implicite.
5、GARANTlA
5.1、Ventiladores de presion positive:
Los turboventiladores, salvo el motor y los componentes sujetos a desgaste, estan garantizados por un periodo de uno ano contados a partir de la fee ha de compra original contra todo defecto de material y mano de obra. Los motores de gasolina y electricos estan garantizados por sus respectivos fabricantes. Se consideran componentes de desgaste y, por Io tanto, no cubiertos por la garantia, los pies, cierres o abrazaderas, asideros, ruedas y la pintura. Los impulsores y las gualderas estan garantizados contra todo defecto de material y mano de obra por un periodo de cinco anos. Los componentes destinados a trabajos en agua salada estan garantizados por un periodo de un ano contado a partir de la fecha de compra original. *
5.2、Ventiladores portatiles:
Los ventiladores portatiles estan garantizados contra todo defecto de material y mano de obra por un periodo de un ano contado a partir de la fecha de compra original. El conducto no esta cubierto por la garantia, dado el uso para el que esta concebido. *
*Para cualquier reparacion en garantfa debe obtenerse una autorizacion de la fabrics. Queda denegada cualquier otra garantfa express o implfcita.
